Join us at Riverside Colorado’s first of many, Sauna, Cold Plunge and Yoga event. It will be a day of wellness, adventure and community in the stunning Poudre Canyon. Foundry Saunas will be there with our 10 person custom mobile sauna, ready to wrap you in heat and help you reset after your icy dip in the Poudre river. Whether you’re plunging into the river or simply craving the contrast of cold and hot, this is your moment.
Expect: top of the line sauna experience, guided cold-plunge sessions, yoga, breath-work, music and more. And is one of the most breath taking locations in all of Colorado. Ready to fuel your body, ignite your senses and join a tribe of fellow wellness-seekers? We’ll see you there.
